Please excuse my rhyming, but I’m having more fun than I ever imagined with this blog, and like I mentioned before in a past posting, I’m gonna lay it all out, wear my heart on my sleeve and give you everything I’ve got. Nothing held back, live and uncut. I might get edgy, and may be taking risks – but the end result is the real deal in the words that you read and experience.
Had an awesome day today – great weather, great vibe on the streets, great scent in the air. Met with some extraordinary people/customers, learned a great deal more about business, the human mind and so much more. Man when you get down to it, this world can get VERY complex/VERY deep. Makes you feel little, intimidated, like what you thought you knew, you don’t or what you think you know, doesn’t matter. Don’t despair, keep upbeat, sing your own tune as you walk the street. You’re smart, creative and more remarkable than you even realize. I’m serious.
Think about it this way – for everything that you know, for everything that you specialize in – someone (in fact more than just someone) doesn’t. Learn from others what you don’t know, and feel free to share with them what you do know and they don’t. There is no one being on the face of this planet that knows anything about everything. I can guarantee you that. Listen to others speak about what they specialize in, what they are so passionate about – but then feel free to give back what you gained by sharing with that person what YOU specialize in and are so passionate about. All involved will be better off.
And do all this with a smile on your face. Live with confidence in knowing that you know something – something that is important to you and very much likely, could become, important to MANY others. Interact with every walk of life, keep open minded and remember that you should never judge a book by its cover. People are people at the end of the day – we all pee and poo, sleep at some point, breathe the same air, need food and water to survive and (most of us) have a heart and soul. Be confident in what you know, be confident in what you do. Keep upbeat no matter how hard the journey is at the get go. Smile, laugh and make the streets on this journey a more inviting and interesting place to travel.
