Interesting insight I have to share with you in regards to the wellness industry and telling it straight.
We are now on the verge of the next trillion dollar industry in North America – the wellness industry. Many people will benefit from the phenomenon that is this industry – most importantly for overall health, but also financially. But as we move at the speed of light, we must not forget the integrity of the industry, of the business and of our products and services.
I have heard recently and increasingly from my customers and from wellness consumers in general, that the major interest and concern within and surrounding the wellness industry, is not so much quantity/availability, price and marketing – but more so, very importantly the quality, reliability and promise of these products and services.
There is so much still “unknown” in regards to the goal of living a longer, healthier and more productive life – which foods to eat? what supplements to take? what services to commit to? The more honesty and truth we put forth in everything we create, whether it be products or services – the more we will establish a remarkable amount of respect and trust with society and the consumer.
And only then, will the wellness industry become exactly what it should be – the next trillion dollar plus industry.
